Three people sustained serious injuries last night when two motorcycles collided on Sosun Magu in Male'.
The collision happened in front of the City Bakery outlet on Sosun Magu around midnight.
The injured include two men and one woman. One of the injured men was riding on the motorcycle with the woman as his passenger, while the other man who was injured was riding solo.
The men are 21 and 22, respectively, while the woman is 26 years of age.
According to witnesses, the woman was thrown off when the two motorcycles crashed and sustained serious injuries to her head when she landed. She is being treated at ADK Hospital.
The two male victims are being treated at IGMH, as they too sustained serious injuries.
