A member of the Employment Tribunal has passed away suddenly in India.
A post by the Vice President of the Tribunal, Ahmed Mamdhooh, identified the deceased as Industrial Relations Division member Fathimath Sausan.
Local media reports said that Sausan passed away while on a medical trip to neighbouring India. The reason for her death remains unclear.
Sausan was appointed to the Employment Tribunal back in 2024.
